OK, on the same day I received my "not Bitty", I also received an AG girls' size dress. Instead of size M like the auction stated, it was size 16. After double checking what the auction said, I e-mailed the seller asking if she had possibly sent the wrong one to me. She replied that it was a typo and she'd happily refund my money and I could keep the dress. I looked a little closer at the auction and, sure enough, in one of the pictures you could read 16 on the tag if you looked close enough. I told her I'd be happy to split the difference with her since it was partially my fault for not looking closely enough. Well, today I got a full refund from her anyway saying that's the way she'd like to be treated. How cool is that? There are a few bad eggs on eBay, but the vast majority are like this seller, from my experience.
